How to Get Started:

1. Schedule a free 15-minute intro call:

You can easily book directly through our website with any of our available queer-informed therapists. Choose a therapist who fits your schedule or check out our Meet Our Team page to find the best match for your needs. If you're not sure who to pick, try booking multiple intro calls.

2. Learn About Therapy with OSTC:

We believe in being upfront, so all our session fees are clearly listed on our Meet Our Team page. If you have out-of-network benefits, you can use our Insurance Benefits Checker to see if you're eligible for reimbursement. If you have any other questions, check out our FAQ page.

3. Chat with your therapist over the phone:

Your free 15-minute intro call is a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other. They'll want to hear about your experiences and why you're seeking therapy, and you can ask about their approach and style. While we only hire skilled queer-informed therapists, it's important to make sure their style and personality click with you.

4. Start your therapy journey:

After the intro call, your therapist will help you book ongoing sessions that work for you. We offer in-person therapy at our Silver Lake office and virtual therapy sessions throughout California.
