(they/she): Dance/Movement & Sex Therapy
Adults, Couples, and ENM Partners

You deserve to feel good in your body.

You deserve relationships that contribute to your well-being- not detract from it. You deserve to enjoy healthy expressions of your sexuality. But due to societal pressures and less-than-helpful toxic norms and legacies, these are areas where many people struggle.

We will find what you need

I love helping clients tap into their creativity as a form of healing. As a board-certified dance/movement therapist and someone who specializes in somatic approaches, I help clients reconnect with their bodies as a pathway to better mental health.

Therapy helps you access a full range of experiences

Healthy relationships, sexuality, body image, emotional regulation, and creative expression are possible for you. They’re closer than you think. You can get started today.

Therapy for where you are in life

I have a Master’s Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #5451) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (BC-DMT #1267) with the Dance/Movement Therapy Certification Board of the American Dance Therapy Association.  I value meeting each individual where they are in life and helping them find the range of feelings we are all capable of experiencing - not just the tough ones we often seek treatment for.  I have worked as a therapist providing inpatient psychiatric services to those enduring acute crises for over ten years.

How I indulge in life outside of therapy

I am a non-binary, queer, mixed-race AAPI person of color who loves all things spooky, and prefers things that contain a bit of magick.  I am a long time passholder to Disneyland and practice restraint not to own all things Nightmare Before Christmas.  I work to support my aging pup Bug, and his princess of a sister - a cat named Foggy.  I love to dance and had always dreamed of owning a dance studio that focused on helping people express themselves and feel good - like dance always did for me.  So I created it.  I am the founder of Soul on Fire Dance - a queer, BIPOC, body diverse, and allied space that is focused on embodiment and social justice in Orange County, CA.
