How To Tell if You’re in a Trauma Response with Debbie Whyte (she/her)

In this epidsode Debbie & Renae discuss:

- What are some healthy coping strategies someone could turn to when they feel themselves in a trauma response?

- Discuss how it takes time to change behavior, and learning to cope differently will not happen overnight. So be gentle with yourself!

- What is an example of language that could be used in a professional setting (ex. Talking with a co-worker) to explain that something has triggered a trauma response, and perhaps I need to step away for a moment?
