Therapy for Substance Abuse & Addiction

Empower your decisions.

You are feeling out of control.

I’m afraid to reach out because the help I’ve received in the past was useless.

I have been playing down and hiding my substance use from friends and family and I don’t know what to do.

I’m worried people will judge me. I am deeply ashamed of who I have become.

My substance use is negatively impacting my relationships or work but I don’t want to stop. I feel out of control and I can’t function without the help of substances.

Relationships with substances.

Approaches to substance dependency can be stigmatizing and may focus on sobriety as the ultimate goal. At OTSC, we understand that every person is different and will have their own goals around how they use substances. Our approach is to respect you and empower you to be your most authentic self.

Substance dependency can be a symptom of mental health challenges or a reaction to trauma. Substance use is often a coping tool that has helped you get through difficult situations in the past, but which is no longer working.

Your healing path will be unique, and we will meet you where you’re at.

Therapy helps to put you in charge of your life.
